About the Program
Every year, IDFC FIRST Bank offers scholarships to students enrolled in the first year of two-year full-time MBA programs across India. The need-based scholarship program is aimed at helping students to cover tuition fees of their MBA program. The scholarship applications are allowed from selected
118 B-Schools across India only. In the academic year 2022 - 2024 IDFC FIRST Bank will award 350 scholarships.

Selection Criteria
- Family Income < 6 Lakhs p.a.
- Indian National residing in India
- A valid Aadhaar Card linked to a working mobile number is required
- Candidate should be less than 35 years of age or younger as on date of application
- Secured 2 year full-time MBA/PGDM/MMS program in India in any of the colleges listed herewith

Awards
The selected MBA students will be awarded with a scholarship sum of INR 2,00,000 (INR 1 Lakh/year) over the duration of their 2 years MBA program.

Eligible candidates can apply for the scholarship through the following steps:
Documents Required
Below is the list of documents that need to be uploaded before the final submission of the application form:
01. Admission related documents
- Admission letter (with name of institution, admission year and batch)
- Copy of fee receipt
02. Academic record documents
- Copy of Graduation Mark sheet or Passing certificate
03. Proof of Income (Financial Documents)
- Income certificate issued by a government authority OR the relevant government authority, OR
- Copy of Income Tax Returns (Form 16A), OR
- Copy of Salary Slip
04. Other Documents (If Applicable)
- Disability Certificate
- Sanctioned Loan Letter
- Death Certificate, if there is a death of the sole earning member of the immediate family
- Document of any other scholarships received for pursuing MBA

Q.1 I have enrolled into a 2-year PGDM program this year. Am I eligible for this scholarship? How do I know if my college is among the listed institutions from which the applications are allowed for this scholarship program?
Students enrolled into 2-year full-time MBA or equivalent programs, including PGDM programs, are eligible to apply for this scholarship provided they belong to any of the B-schools listed in this document.

Q.2 Can MBA students of 2020-21 or previous batch apply for this scholarship?
No. Only students who are enrolled into 1st year of their full-time MBA/PGDM program in the academic year 2021-23 are eligible to apply for this scholarship.

No, the scholarship is only available for students who are already enrolled in the 1st year of their 2-year full-time MBA program.

Q.7 What will be the process of the interview?
After applying through the online application form and submission of documents, IDFC FIRST Bank will screen all applications and select the top 350 scholars to award the scholarship.

Q.8 When will results be declared for this scholarship?
The results of the scholarship will tentatively be declared in August 2022. You will be notified about it through an email.
Terms and Conditions
- Only the students currently pursuing their studies in the 1st year of the 2-year full-time MBA/PGDM programs at selected MBA/PGDM colleges/Institutions are eligible to apply for this scholarship program.
- Applicants pursuing 1-year executive program, integrated MBA program or any other MBA program other than 2-year full-time MBA/PGDM program are not eligible for this scholarship.
- Scholarships will be awarded only after due verification of the documents of the scholars selected in the final round.
- The amount of the scholarship is meant to cover the tuition fees of the scholars and be disbursed to the college account only.
- The final disbursements of scholarships will take place basis due submissions of the fee receipts by the scholars.
- Final selection of the awardees will be at the sole discretion of IDFC FIRST Bank only.
- Once awarded, it will be mandatory for all scholars to attend all IDFC FIRST Bank events pertaining to the scholarship.
